Contracts protect the puppy, Life Unleashed Farm, and YOU!
Once your application has been accepted you will be sent a copy of the contract via DocuSign. The contract MUST be completed and the deposit sent in order to secure your puppy.

Please be sure to read the ENTIRE contract, whether you have been accepted or not. There is a lot of information in this contract that you will need to know before committing to adopting a Life Unleashed Farm puppy.
